Shipping & Delivery

We give high importance to timely deliveries. In most cases, we process and ship an order within 2 days from the date on which order is placed. We have partnered with reputed courier service providers for timely deliveries. Once your order is shipped, we will update the tracking code on your account at for your reference. You will also receive shipment information on your email and/or on your mobile number.

Delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Products are shipped throughout the week except Sundays and public holidays. Free shipping is available for orders above Rs 999. Order Cancellation and Returns

Orders for services and workshops, once placed can not be cancelled.

For products, an order can be cancelled before it is shipped by us. We update the shipping details of your order in your online account at at the end of the day. Once an order is shipped, it can not be cancelled. You can call us on +91-9689071998 to know status or cancel your order (if it has not been shipped yet).

Please read the product description carefully before placing the order. Before the items leave from our warehouse, our expert staff inspects them very carefully. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply follow the instructions mentioned below for returning the products:

  • Once the product reaches your doorstep, you get seven exact days to return the item back to us (within seven days of receiving the product)
  • We will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address
However, we will not be able to process returns in case of incorrect / outdated delivery addresses or, non-acceptance of delivery. We will also not be able to process returns in case products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Damage during transit

Our quality team ensures that we only ship good quality products. Inspite of our great efforts towards quality packaging, it may happen that some fragile items gets damaged during transit. We take full responsibity for such products and will replace them at our cost. You must notify us about such items within 24 hours from receiving the shipment. Please inform us about the damaged products and share the photos of the damaged products.
